Sorry I have not be writing, work and travel commitments have been unforgiving. I have not been able to commit the time for research for well over a month. My hope is that the slow sales month of December will offer me the time to at least catch up on a few topics I would have liked to cover before the end of the year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
